Youth Coaching

As a certified youth well-being coach, I support tweens, teens, and emerging adults to navigate the ongoing and evolving demands of life. Working in partnership, we chart a path forward for the client’s desired outcomes, with actionable goal setting along the way.

What does coaching look like?

Biweekly 1:1 sessions over a few months, virtual or in person

Person-centered orientation, honors the clients right to choose and act

Responsive evidence-based guidance

What is gained?

Most commonly, a greater sense of positive identity, enhanced self-confidence, optimism, and trust that the coachee can navigate challenging experiences.
